Competitive hourly legal rates

Tim offers highly competitive hourly legal rates and in many cases one-time flat fee rates for many matters.  And, under certain circumstances Tim’s firm will tailor fees to the needs of a given case.

Contingency fee basis

Tim handles personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning that if he does not recover a monetary sum on your behalf, you don’t have to pay his fee. The contingency rate is competitive and Tim regularly negotiates a fair rate. 

Experienced legal staff

Tim is supported by experienced legal staff capable of handling certain matters at reduced rates.  

If you are located outside the Bend, Oregon area Tim offers substantially reduced travel rates and he does not charge for such things as mileage costs and other incidentals, like other firms do. 


Tim also accepts all major credit cards.
